Bring the outdoors in
This very personalized wedding at Industry in Downtown Indianapolis was such a joy to work on. From their 6-foot in diameter natural wreath hanging behind the head table to the live 8-foot pine trees at the altar, this was an evergreen winter wedding to remember.
Cortney and Clayton wanted a Christmas wedding- held on December 22, 2019- but they wanted it to be more reflective of their outdoorsy personalities and the fact that they lived in Colorado. Their photographer Laura traveled to take these epic pictures for their engagement session:
The flowers for the wedding were a dark red to create some contrast with the evergreens that Cortney loved most. They played off of the emerald bridesmaid dresses and black tuxes so well!
The reception space was to be filled with candlelight and they added their own garlands to green up the beautiful farm tables at Industry.
Building this wreath to create a focal point for the space was one of my favorite parts! They added a metal works sign with their last name to make it even more special.
