Stephanie and Sachin’s wedding was truly a celebration of love at the Downtown Indianapolis Public Library. They have a great example of a white wedding that brings sophistication and modern aesthetics together. We were able to truly take this aesthetic and make it their own. From a breathtaking staircase installation to a grand reception filled with diverse table designs, every detail was meticulously planned to create an unforgettable experience for the couple and their guests. The Downtown Indianapolis Public Library served as the perfect backdrop for their ceremony. The library’s blend of classic and contemporary design elements provided a unique canvas for their modern white wedding.
As guests arrived at the ceremony, they were greeted by a stunning staircase installation that set the tone for the day’s events. With our floral installation, the staircase truly became a focal point of the ceremony space. Your ceremony is one of the most photographed areas of your wedding! This is a great way to really bring your ceremony to life.
The ceremony also included two giant urns that we were able to place two large floral arrangements in. This resulted in a luxurious look and feel of the ceremony space. I mean look at all of that coming together in the picture above- AMAZING!
Following the ceremony, guests were ushered into the reception space, where they were met with a grand seating chart that was nothing short of a floral spectacle. It seamlessly integrated with the overall decor, reinforcing the wedding’s cohesive theme of modern elegance. The seating chart served as a warm welcome to the festivities, inviting guests to immerse themselves in the celebration.
Stephanie and Sachin’s reception was a feast for the senses, with each table offering a unique design that contributed to the overall ambiance. One standout design featured a candelabra surrounded by a lush floral meadow, creating an intimate and inviting setting. Other tables showcased structural centerpieces with white florals, adding a touch of modern artistry to the decor. These diverse designs ensured that guests experienced a dynamic and visually stimulating environment, enhancing their enjoyment of the celebration.
The romance of the evening was further amplified by the presence of candle arrangements that cast a warm, inviting glow throughout the reception space. These arrangements, paired with structural floral displays, created an atmosphere of intimacy and elegance. The soft flicker of candlelight added depth.
The head table was decorated with large groupings of candles in between white rose sculptural centerpieces. Very chic!
The florals that were used at the ceremony space, we were able to repurpose as stage florals in the reception room. The arrangements aligned the stage and inspired guests to get on the dance floor and enjoy their evening!
