I came in to help this couple and the bride’s family create a vision of a whimsical garden inside the theater. For the event design, we focused on the full room experience, table designs, lighting, and accents throughout the space.
Coming in to the Palladium in Carmel, Indiana, guest could smell our flowerwall! We intentionally put mint throughout the design to make an aromatic entrance.
The Ceremony was a very important area for this Jewish wedding. A lush and organic chuppah was the perfect accent for the grand stage and altar area in the Palladium. Guests entered to a room with vines all through the room, leading down to a dramatic curtain. Behind the curtain, the ceremony space! I wanted this area to surprise their guests, and the scene was set. A garden aisle with an elegant white aisle runner leading to the 10 foot tall and 10 foot wide Chuppah.
The guests were whisked away to an elegant cocktail hour with signature drinks and amazing appetizers from Kahn’s Catering. When it was time for the reception, the room was transformed!
